Syrah / Cabernet Sauvignon
An assembly that balances the favor and distinctive fruity aroma of Syrah with the structure and balance of Cabernet Sauvignon added to the aromatic contribution of 12 months in French oak barrels of various toasts, offering a wine that´s completely unique.
Notes of black cherry, cinnamon and
licorice with a hint of toasted wood.
This is a round and robust wine with a
soft tannin structure with a freshness
derived from it´s subtle acidity.
Pairs exceptionally well with red meat
and wild game, aged cheeses as well
as dishes with tomato sauce.
Bodegas Pinesque formally started in 2009 as one of the first commercial wineries in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. Their history goes back to the beginning of the 1990s, when at the hands of an Italian immigrant, whose family were wine producers for several generations, began this adventure in an artisanal way.
Bodegas Pinesque have always sought to maintain that artisanal and natural character of the wine, trying to preserve the greatest amount of nutrients, aromas and flavors of the grape. Each bottle is a work of art with the recognized seal of Pinesque, that led them to obtain two Gold and three Silver medals in international competitions and 2  Silver  in the Brussels World Contest, these being the first medals for Chihuahuan wines in history.
